Crummy Apartments R Us

We’ve all lived in one.  A place that has cheap rent, but is a dump.  In one place I lived in I had to do my dishes in the tub for the first 3 months because the landlord wouldn’t come and fix my kitchen sink.  This of course was after I had signed the year lease.
