Lethbridge’s Dawn Allen Wins The Stars Early Bird Lottery
A girl who I am proud to call a friend is in the news, she like may others in the city plays the STARS Lottery every year. She like many other people never win. This year was different. I’ve heard/seen/read other interviews with her as she is now in the eye of a Lethbridge Media Storm…this interview is by far the best. Congrats Dawn!
